Formigal is a small locality in the province of Huesca that belongs to the Municipality of Sallent de Gallego, whose economy grows around tourism in the winter season. It is a small nucleus with a little bit over 200 inhabitants that in the winter season multiplies by 5 in size.
Formigal is located in the heart of the Tena Valley where you'll find the Formigal Ski Resort with more than 100kms of slopes to enjoy. This makes it one of the most important and larges ski resorts in the Aragon Pyrenees.
